As I walk the dog, as I make dinner, as I sit on the couch, as I go to sleep, and when I get up. Pretty much all the time.
I am adjusting to the pace of my days now. 11 hour days at work, a dog that needs attention, the added stress of a new job, the band and friends fill my week so full that I tend to sleep away half of my weekend just to catch up.
Hopefully this helps exorcise those haunted thoughts.
